i had a severe craving for a childhood favorite that aunt used to make us; chilled bitter cheesecake with mandarin oranges. super simple, but this isn't a blog for sharing secret family recipes. hence, pictures will have to do. best part about making a cake? i have an enthusiastic bundle of joy to feed such sweet treats to, though this should not be repeated to moms in the secret mommy forum because they'd judge me to death. yes everything about this post is a secret except for the awesome that is my cake.
