last weekend, we celebrated my beautifoooo cousin leah's first birthday. she had a strawberry shortcake themed party, filled with pink treats from chocolates to cupcakes to some pink liquid in plastic tubes that i'm only assuming to be the kiddy definition of ecstasy.
there were storytelling sessions and balloons aplenty and so many pressies, albeit not for me, that i had the funnest of funs.
... i got me a pweety pink star in my baby goodie bag...
... i declined three offers for my hand in marriage... am not a beggar, can choose...
... i play footsie with leah and she pushed my stroller around like a super smart baby cousin would...
.... and we finally got a family picture, a proper one with all three of us thanks to a friendly stranger passing by that noticed mama torturing me with self-camwhoring pictures. too lazy to upload the rest of the pictures from the party (plus they're not of me so who cares right?), so yeah this'll do.
happy birthday to my beautifoooo cousin leah, and please tell my stingy parents that no, anything lower than ritz carlton will not suffice for my own birthday bash in november.
